We are not much better off this May than last, it appears. The drought continues, in spite of a much cooler and wetter spring, so my rapidly-growing grass says. Here below is this weeks drought map and last year's side by side.
Not a lot of change, but it sure seems more "wet" this year.

Jason. Yeah, the drought isnt getting any better anytime soon, as evidenced by this august-like heat wave in the first week of June. I imagine this summer will be one of the last years resembling 'normal' weather we'll see in a while.
