We got there too early. We should have known that anything involving MardiGras and Asheville would not start when they said it would.The kids got cranky.
Then the parade started.
They were happy ever after.
The fire dancers were amazing, so were the drummers.
They were making plans for next year's parade all the way home.

Yeah, they were at first bummed out, we were there early, and not that many people were around.
Once everything started, they got happy and had a great time.
The fire dance they really enjoyed, we were sitting right next to their work area so we could see everything going on.
