US Nears Charges on 6 for 9/11

Nothing in the American media yet. UPDATE on Monday 2/11... the NY Times has the story.
Wonder how they are going to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed since General Hayden admitted last week they tortured him?
I don't see how that fits in with the historic view of American jurisprudence, but that's just my opinion.
It also seems to me very interesting that Osama Bin Lauden's FBI page does not list him as a suspect in the 9/11 terror attacks.
